- Renata Sajko Added August 04, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't walk. Run away from this real estate agent! I am a landlord and they let my property get into major disrepair. They could not rent my property and what little rental income they received - they kept illegally! I am located in Melbourne and would have to go to QCAT to sue them to obtain my money. Paul McManus the principal of iapproved (Approved Realty) knows that I am located in Melbourne and therefore ignored me once I changed agents and kept my money. Do yourself a favour and go to real estate agents like Ray White or LJ Hooker who conduct their business legally. Once I changed agents, the property was rented immediately. I am fixing the issues that iApproved let get into disrepair (including rotten balcony!!!!) and everyone couldn't be happier.
