  Real estates are VERY hard to rate on here as disgruntled tenants tend to flood these with poor reviews.
  
  So i am going to talk about one experience i have had with these people now this is not the only one just the one that matters. My owners of my last rental were selling and it sold. Then i got notice the new owners wanted to move in. So i go to the real estate and sit and say look we like you guys, so hey how about we get another rental. Now this lovely lady said hey i like you too here is our list. She worked with what we needed and what wanted and what we could afford and found us a perfect place we now rent.
  
  If you give these people basic human respect, treat them like humans and not your slaves you will find they will bend over backwards to help you when you need them.

  Bought land on lamb through Brian and am looking to build in the next 12 months.i needed a place to rent and got a house on lamb no barney rubble .while the house is on the market I think it's a great fit.and have no reason to give less then 5 stars...Brian help me get land on lamb a few years back and also helped my business partner purchase two blocks on haceion st.one I just got from him .Brian met us at the ferry drove us around and showed us a few blocks in our price..so far as a buyer and renter it has been smooth sailing with the guys from ljhooker bay islands..will do a 6 month update..

  I have no idea why are so bad reviews. We bought the land from them and they were alway very helpful and quick. They are friendly as well as they always say hello with the smile. May be people are just spoiled nowadays

  I recently bought a property from Ms Denise Taylor. A very honest and professional real estate agent. Denise is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do, who to call to assist with all my enquiries to make sure I am 100% happy with the purchase.. Thanks Denise for all the hard works. Highly recommended.
